Grandab Fastigheter started in 2018 with the aim of acquiring, developing, and managing office and residential properties with development potential, in and around Gothenburg.

Grandab Properties is a joint venture between Grandab Management and Revcap. Revcap is a European investment company that focuses on acquiring small and medium-sized properties and property-related assets in joint venture structures together with specialized and co-investing partners.

The holdings of Grandab Properties, consisting of the properties Värjan 16 in Alingsås and Krokslätt 34:18 in Gothenburg, were sold in 2022.
