About the collaboration
GranFura Fastighets AB was founded in 2015 by Grandab and Profura Fastigheter.
Initially, four industrial and office properties of 6000 m2 LOA in Uddevalla were acquired, which were then sold during 2018-2019.
In May 2023, Krokslätts torg in Mölndal municipality comprising approximately 3500 m2 LOA was acquired.
