Simply described, these are smaller newly renovated offices that can be rented with more flexible lease terms. Each office has its own kitchenette, toilet, and meeting room, but there is also access to shared meeting rooms, locker rooms, and a bicycle room in the entrance. Perfect for those of you who are a start-up, for those who have a project that only runs for a shorter period, or for those who just want a smaller office with a simple solution.

We collaborate with architects and use technology that competes with new construction to bring the indoor climate to modern standards. Many large windows and a high location create space and light.
