Right at the entrance to Södra Porten lies the charming old industrial property that we call TEGLET. Glazed bridges connect from the large buildings nearby, and in one wing is Restaurant Södra Porten, which serves a popular lunch every day.

On the ground floor, there is a space of approximately 550 sqm with an industrial feel and a lot of character, featuring high ceilings, brick walls, and metal doors. It works well as both an office and a warehouse, and there is the possibility to install a loading dock. Perfect for receiving a lot of deliveries. There are great opportunities for growth, and we will adapt the spaces together with you. The stairwell and entrance are currently being renovated and will soon be ready.

In addition to the restaurant in the building, there is another one in the area, and in the adjacent building (connected by a glass bridge) there is a conference facility with small and large meeting rooms and a staffed reception that assists with everything from receiving mail to organizing events.
